Q: What is The Five Pillars of Performance Program?

A: It is a groundbreaking athletic performance transformation program incorporating elements of the science of neuroplasticity, functional neurology, functional nutrition, and cutting edge biohacking technologies. When combined with standard training programs, The The Five Pillars becomes an unparalleled force multiplier of athletic performance.

Q: Does it Involve Mind-Body Techniques?

A: No. While we recognize that sports psychology, creative visualization, and mind-body techniques may be valuable for an individual’s athletic performance, it is NOT what our program focuses on. Our program is based in neuroscience and biochemistry.

Our sole objective is optimizing communication between the brain and the body with the support of nutritional products. This program is designed so that brain, body, and biochemistry work together to make your body perform at levels you never thought possible. Our mission is to make you bigger, stronger, faster, and better.

Q: What if I Don’t Believe in it?

A: Let’s pose a question: Do you believe in sleep? Let’s say you didn’t. While it has been shown that beliefs can generally have a positive or negative impact on your overall performance, fortunately neurology and biochemistry largely don’t care what you believe. If you stay awake long enough, you will eventually fall asleep, belief or no belief. While different versions of our Five Pillars of Performance program has been been around for about 15 years, and is ideal for athletes of any level and sport looking to transform their performance, our current program has been speci fically tailored for baseball players. Together with our partners at FiveToolReport.com we have created a joint program called “Five by Five” so that players have access to the most advanced performance tools and the most well rounded baseball training possible.

Q: How do I Know It’s Right For Me?

A: A thorough assessment at the start of the program allows us to evaluate what areas of your performance need our assistance most so that we can deliver you the biggest benefits. From balance, coordination, reaction times, stability, endurance, and strength, we’ve got you covered. With our computerized muscle strength testing device, we can also measure the minimum expected benefit in terms of stability and strength from participants.

Additionally, on a limited basis for our high level athletes, we can also provide nutritional and metabolic lab testing, interpretation, and highly individualized nutritional recommendations to make your body as strong and as healthy as possible while also giving you the edge over your competition.

Q: When Should I Expect To See Results

A: Dramatic improvements can be measured in core stability, muscle endurance, and peak muscle strength IN REAL TIME. Also, improvements in many sport-specific activities can appear in real time as well, For example: bat head and throwing speeds, agility, etc. These kinds of performance also can greatly improve over time! By going through the Five Pillars, you now have a stable physical platform to build all of your other training on top of, whether it’s physical strength or even learning new skills. That’s right, often you can learn faster too. Q: How Long Do Results Last?

A: Technically, indefinitely. Q: What is Neuroplasticity?

A: Neuroplasticity is a neurological process where the brain and nervous system “learns” something. We can think of it as “The more you do something, the more efficient and effective you become at it.” This is the process we go through when we learn and practice a new skill. You get better at it with more practice. You’re probably nowhere near as good on the first day of spring training as the last day of the season, for example. We incorporate principles of neuroplasticity into the Five Pillars of Performance in many different ways, speeding up the process of making you more efficient and effective at all the activities important to your game. By removing the conflicting information which slows down this process, not only can you develop your skills faster, but your execution can be vastly improved.

Q: Can I do just the Five Pillars of Performance without the Five Tool Report programs?

A: Yes of course, and vice-versa. But it’s like having a peanut butter and jelly sandwich without either the peanut butter or the jelly. They are programs that reinforce each other for maximum results. Should you decide to do the Five Pillars program alone, it is our suggestion that you use it along with whatever other training programs are available to you for the greatest benefits.

Q: Will the Five Pillars of Performance program interfere with my other types of training?

A: No. It amplifies the result of whatever other training programs you are currently doing without interfering in it.
